The service
We provide a subscription to an IPTV streaming service, with assisted setup and support on WhatsApp. You can watch on the supported devices listed on our devices page, subject to a stable internet connection. Channels and programmes can change over time.
Prices, billing and renewal
Each plan is a single payment for the period shown, such as 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months, and prices are shown in pounds sterling. We confirm the price, number of devices, renewal and cancellation terms with you on WhatsApp before you pay, and we do not take payment until you agree. A 3 day refund window applies, as set out in our refund policy.
Cancellation
To cancel or stop a renewal, message us on WhatsApp before your plan period ends. We confirm the date it takes effect with you in writing.

Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
